Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM) offers admissions to its Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programs and a Fellow Program in Management (FPM) in the field of Management Studies. The PGDM is available in various specialisations such as Financial Management, Research and Business Analytics, AI & Data Science, E-Business, and Business Administration. The FPM is offered for both working and non-working scholars.

Admissions to both the PGDM and FPM programs at LBSIM are based on entrance exams. For PGDM, candidates are selected based on their performance in CAT, XAT, or GMAT, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The final selection is determined by evaluating past academic records, a Written Analysis Test, GD, and PI. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for PGDM admission.
